Brandon’s practice focuses on wealth transfer planning, tax sensitive business transactions, and tax controversies. Brandon’s experience includes structuring and implementing advanced wealth transfer and estate planning techniques, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and securities offerings. In addition, Brandon routinely represents clients in audits and appeals before the IRS, Mississippi Department of Revenue, Mississippi Board of Tax Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Brandon served as the Advancement Officer for the University of Mississippi Foundation, where he worked closely with CPAs, lawyers, and other financial professionals in the process of planning gifts. When he is not practicing law, Brandon enjoys traveling and spending time with his long-time girlfriend Emma.
